The members of The National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc. believes strongly in developing youth leaders in today’s world and has been committed to this effort since its inception in 1935. Our intention is to prepare youth to be globally prepared and able to compete and succeed in this ever-changing technology-driven world.
Youth Group
(Ages 12-18)
The Youth Division of the The Newport News Club of The National Association Negro Business Professional Women Club, Inc. invites youth between the ages of 12-18 to get connected with other youth across the country who are focused on the goal of "C.H.A.N.G.E.," which represents:
Community Service, Higher Education, Activism, Networking, Global Awareness, Entrepreneurship-Education/Training

B.E.T.A. P.S.I. –BOLD, ENERGETIC, TRUSTWORTHY,AWARE, POSITIVE, SINCERE, INGENIOUS
Beta Psi Clubs consist of young women and men attending an accredited college, university, business or technical school who want to get involved with human services, economic, social, and political issues affecting the lives and welfare of the poor, minorities and the handicapped.

Increasing their Leadership Skills
